official Custodian of Records received your OPRA request today, April 3,
2023.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your

Pursuant to Elcavage v. West Milford Township (Passaic ) GRC Complaint No.
2009-08 (April 2010) an OPRA request has to provide the following:

1. Content and/or subject;

2. Specific date or range of dates; and

3. Sender and/or recipient

The below request as provided does not identify specific content and/or
subject.  Furthermore, we can not provide information that takes place in
a future date.  Your date range specifies between March 1, 2023 and April
31, 2023.  April 31st does not exist.
