Thank you for your email and OPRA Request. I am unable to respond to this request without clarification on your part. Specifically, your request for records is overly broad. In that connection, please provide me with the: (i) recipient of the intended emails you seek; (ii) the sender of the emails; (iii) which dates or timeframes you are requesting; and (iv) the subject matter of the emails you are requesting. Your current request is seeking all emails (from 3 different email addresses) to any person at the town on any subject with absolutely no time limitation. There is simply no way for me to respond to that request in a meaningful way and, as such, the request is overly broad under the OPRA statute. See MAG Entertainment, LLC v.
