Body cam footage from first officer arriving on the scene of 680 Main Street from August 28th, 2023 regarding incident with animal cruelty where Rebecca Hallbach and Brandon Leconey were arrested.

Dear OPRA,
All complaints made to the Township regarding that property, whether they be property violations, or criminal complaints or calls for investigation. It’s said the older daughter of the the people living there went to a 7-11 nearby a year or so ago and asked for help because she was living with dead dogs. That child I am told was removed from the home.
