Air Quality Monitoring
Dear Collingswood Board of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Documents, reports, and associated data related to monitoring or testing indoor air quality in Collingswood school facilities performed by Collingswood employees or outside agencies since September 4, 2021.
Sincerely,
Mike Avery
I am in receipt of your request.
I am requesting an extension of time due to records being in storage. We
need to retrieve them from the storage facility, review, compile and copy.
I anticipate being complete November 1st.
Thank you

Dear Beth Ann Coleman,
Thank you very much for getting back so quickly and looking into all of this. Since monitoring is happening daily per the reopening plan, while September's data is being retrieved from storage, I have to imagine that data from last week Oct 4-Oct 8 would be more easily accessible. Can you send that over while we wait for the rest of the data?
Sincerely,
Mike Avery
We monitor the equipment daily. Air monitoring would be conducted by an
environmental company in the event that we had concerns. We log into the
building automation system and check for alarms, space temps, etc..
throughout the day and make corrections accordingly.
I'm attaching a report from the system.

Dear Beth Ann Coleman,
Thank you again for getting back so quickly, outlining what the district has on hand, and providing this information while we await the air quality monitoring data documents from storage.
