Agreements between GT and Favorites Sports Bar
Dear Gloucester Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide all agreements, contracts, approvals, etc., between Favorites Sports Bar (or its parent company) and Gloucester Township (including, of course, GT Planning Board, GT Zoning Board, GT Economic Development Corp, etc.)
(PLEASE NOTE: A similar OPRA request was submitted on May 18, 2018. That request must have 'fallen through the cracks' and was never responded to. No worries. These things happen. So now, this OPRA request today supersedes and replaces the May 18, 2018 OPRA request.)

Good Morning Mr. Heinbaugh,
In regards to your OPRA Request, could you please elaborate or define what you mean by "etc".
(including, of course, GT Planning Board, GT Zoning Board, GT Economic Development Corp, etc.)
You must specifically define what you are looking for, or which departments you seek information from. The clerk's office cannot interpret what we believe "etc." means.
