Please note: This request is pursuant to "2009 New Jersey Code TITLE 40 - MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES: 40:33-13.6. Resolution; public inspection; publication
Upon the introduction of a resolution approving such agreement, or any amendment or supplement thereto, such resolutions, agreement, amendment, or supplement shall be and remain on file for public inspection in the office of the clerk of the board of chosen freeholders."
