In response to your OPRA request dated April 19, 2022 attached please find
the following records in response:
Settlement Agreement that was entered into and approved between the
Cranford Board of Education and Vincent Concina and/or Joann Concina which
was used to resolve a residency investigation including payments made for
both the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years.  I have included the Board
of Education Resolutions approving the same.  Please note that the
agreements have been paid in full.
The Superintendent's Office has provided the attached records in
response to your request pertaining to the residency investigation.

Hi Anthony, 
In response to your question, after reviewing the files on hand, we are
not in possession of any records "letters/emails/faxes" of any
notifications made to any law enforcement agencies as part of this
residency investigation and eventual agreement.

I my original email, I also requested records "emails/fax/letters" of
