Agendas and Minutes Requests
Dear Wall Township School District,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
Minutes and Agendas from Jan. - Dec. 2012, Jan. - Dec. 2013, Jan. - Dec. 2014, and Jan. - Dec. 2015 due to the lack of availability on the district website.

None of these have the reorganization meetings with agendas and minutes, please update accordingly because they are meetings but are absent from the website.

Good afternoon,
There was not a reorganization meeting in 2012 because the election was
moved from April to November of 2012. The first January Reorg meeting was
January 2013. The agenda and minutes for the January Reorg meetings are
either listed separately on the website or at the end of the minutes for
the Regular Meeting in January. We will schedule to break out the
January meetings to make it more clear, however, you can view the agenda
and minutes at the end of the minutes that are on the website.
