Dear New Jersey School Boards Association,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

An Advisory Opinion issued between April and June 2022, to a Monroe Township School District (Middlesex) Board of Education Member and/or its in-house attorney, Vito Gagliardi regarding possible conflict of interest involving a Board member and their spouse, who is an outspoken critic of the current Acting Superintenent, where the advisory opinion was sought to determine whether or not this Board member would need to recuse herself from any Superintendent search and/or evaluation involving the Acting Superintendent.

Yours faithfully,

Judy Bloom
