Active Property Maintenance Violations and Unfit Structures List
Dear Union Township (Union),
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am formally requesting access to the following public records:
1. A complete and current list or data export of all residential properties within the Township of Union (07083) with active, unresolved Property Maintenance Code violations or Building Code citations.
2. A list of all structures within the township currently placarded or declared "Unfit for Human Habitation" by the Building Division or Health Department.
Please provide this data electronically in CSV or Excel format.
