Good Afternoon Mr. Sedita,

In response to your OPRA request of 3/4/2020, please be advised of the following:

The Rockaway Township Police Department does not utilize Active911. Therefore, there are no government records responsive to this portion of your request.

Regarding CAD Reports, please see attached log of all CAD Reports between 2/1/2020-2/29/2020. Please advise if this report is sufficient to fulfill your OPRA request. If you need every CAD report, a three week extension from the date of your reply will be required in order to appropriately respond to your request, simply due to the number of the CAD reports for that time frame.
