You submitted an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) Request Form to Denville Township which was received by the Municipal Clerk on 3/4/2020. Pursuant to the Act, the Township has 7 business days, beginning the day after receipt of the request by the Records Custodian, within which to respond.
Your request sought access to the following:
CAD Reports/Active911 Data from the period between 02/01/2020 through 02/29/2020
Attached, please find the records that to the best of my knowledge are believed to be responsive to your request. Please note, there were CAD Reports that were removed because they are exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A 2C:25-33 (confidentiality of domestic violence records).
There are no other records responsive to your OPRA Request. This request is now deemed complete and closed.
