Dear Mr. Kratovil,
Please note, the City of New Brunswick does not maintain a database for "ABC Charges", and would recommend you to reach out to the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control for an accurate list. While I do not have a database, I did a search which has identified (3) three liquor license establishments with ABC charges in the year 2020. Charges from the ABC are provided to the City after a charge or violation would take place. Therefore, there may be a possibility of charges/ violations that had taken place in December I may not be aware of.
