A request for those licensed by Red Bank to operate a taxi in the year 2019
Dear Red Bank Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. I attest that I have never been convicted of an indictable crime. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am requesting the names of all of those individuals who are licensed by the Borough of Red Bank to operate a taxi in the year 2019.

Thank you for responding to my OPRA request however the information that you provided to me is not the information that I requested. I am not interested in knowing the names of the companies that are licensed to operate taxi cabs in Red Bank. I am interested in the names of those taxi drivers -- actual human beings -- who are licensed by Red Bank to operate a taxi cab in the year 2019.
Can you supply that information to me or do I need to make another OPRA request?
