Dear Marlboro Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. I attest that I have never been convicted of a crime. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: I am requesting copies of those documents submitted by Jon Radin to Marlboro Township that were submitted by Mr. Radin in order to obtain a dog license for the year 2018.

If you require any money from me in order to fulfill this request, please let me know and I will gladly pay whatever fees are required of me.

Thank you.

Dear Marlboro Township,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Marlboro Township's handling of my OPRA request 'A request for those documents submitted by Jon Radin to Marlboro Township in order to obtain a dog license for 2018'.

I recently submitted a few OPRA requests to Marlboro Township. Marlboro Township has not responded to those OPRA requests in the time frame required by law. Is there a reason why Marlboro Township has not responded to my requests in a timely manner? Is there a reason why Marlboro Township has not asked for additional time in order to fulfill my OPRA requests? If Marlboro Township is going to deny my requests, please state the reasons for the denial(s). We can then have this matter resolved in the Superior Court. Otherwise, please provide to me copies of those records that I have previously requested.

A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/a_reques...

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

James McMahon
