Dear Mendham Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I attest that I have never been convicted of a crime. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting an unredacted copy of the current 2019 dog master list. I would like to see a copy of those records that list the names and addresses of all individuals that have been issued a dog license for the year 2019. I want to see all of the information on those documents that list the dog breed, dog age, dog owner, and dog owner's address.

An unredacted copy of the current 2019 dog master list including dog's breed, dog's age and names and addresses of all individuals that have been issued a dog license for the year 2019.
Please be advised that your OPRA request is currently under reviewed by our Township Attorney and requires an extension of time until Friday, September 13, 2019. If the records are available before this date it will certainly be provided to you sooner.
