This office is in receipt of your OPRA request dated February 24, 2020 and received on same date.
You have requested:
A log showing sender, recipient, date, and subject of all emails to and from Joe Andl for the period November 1, 2019 through February 15, 2020.
Please be advised that there are no documents responsive to your request. Therefore, a log cannot be created. By way of further response, the Township notes that Mr. Andl was no longer employed by the Township during the designated period.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of Maple Shade to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Compliant Form. The GRC can also answer other questions about the law.
