A handful of police reports
Dear Edison Township Police Department,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Attached you will find the records requested for the following incidents:
1. 23002432 Robbery (involving Juvenile(s))
a. Being that this is a Juvenile record with both adult and juvenile defendants, IR will be provided with redactions
b. juvenile defendant's Arrest report is exempt from being released under 2A:4A-60 however the adult arrest reports shall be provided with redactions
2. 25039975 Theft
a. IR and Booking report provided with proper redactions
3. 25037149 DV
a. exempted from being released under 2C:35-33
Please be advised that due to citizen's expectation of privacy under NJSA 47:1A-1.1, pedigree (ie: residential numeric, partial DOB, SSN, phone number, Government identifications, Driver's license) have been redacted throughout the documents. Anything pertaining to the expunged record and juvenile record/identity was exempt from being released under 2C:52-15 and 2A:4A-60 respectively. Please be advised that mugshots are exempt from being released under 47:1A-9(a) and Executive Order 9.

I apologize but attached you will find the Arrest report for the case 25037149. Due to citizen's expectation of privacy under NJSA 47:1A-1.1, pedigree (ie: residential numeric, DL, SSN, partial dob, phone number) were redacted from the report throughout. Please be mindful that mugshots are not releasable under 47:1A-9(A) and Executive Order 9.
