The Township of Winslow is in receipt of your request pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq. dated 7/25/23. The official Records Custodian received your OPRA request on 7/25/23 . This response is provided within the seven business day requirement.
The specific response to your request is as follows:
1. Winslow Township Police Department's Policies and procedures
Response: Currently, your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity the specific government records sought. When a request is “complex” because it fails to specifically identify the documents sought, then that request is not “encompassed” by OPRA. At this time, we request clarification of your OPRA request. Please respond in writing and identify the specific government records sought, such as Police & Procedures regard what type of incident, so that we may process your request. Failure to provide written clarification of your request will result in the closure of this OPRA request.
