Your OPRA request forwarded to me on 01/04/24 which states “All police
reports from 9 Wood Chase Lane from 12/1-12/7. Requesting “all” police
reports is an overbroad request, you would need specify the identifiable
records you are searching for. There is one unattended death report
during the timeframe you requested, which is exempt under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3
GRC exemption no. 20 “access to records of investigation in progress &
ongoing investigations”.
