certificate of occupancy for property current
documents if any indicating if property is in flood zone
a list of off site conditions that may affect property value maintained by municipal pursuant to new residential construction off site conditions disclosure act
current ordinances passed by municipality pursuant to new jersey air safety and zoning act if municipality is in air safety zone
copy of survey if available
