I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated 11/9/2022. I received your OPRA on 11/9/2022. OPRA is not for research. Your request is overly broad and vague. Any open and closed permits does not identify documents. Therefore, your OPRA request is hereby denied. To identify the documents please submit a new OPRA with a time frame. I.E. (month & year).
