Dear Blairstown Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Would like to confirm there are NO open records for 2004 family room addition.

My clients, Susan and Wayne Whitehead bought the house in 2017, and the current buyer is questioning said item. My clients have done everything with permits, and had the house inspected on all things.

I know this is a big ask, but can I get a reply asap on this.

I am in receipt of your OPRA request.
The construction department is run by the state and they will not be in
the office until Tuesday.
As you know I am allowed seven business days from the first business day
after receipt of request.  I will do my best to get it to you sooner.

Good morning Kristen,

My seller and I spoke to someone yesterday who was able to look it up and said there was no open records. My owner said that person was from the state, but that it had to come from you.

So we have to wait until Tuesday now? Is this the office on route 173?
