I have received your request and forwarded to the proper departments. As for the septic system you would need to contact the County Health Department.
NJDEP would be the office who would maintain remediation, environmental reports. The property record card is only given to the property owners. With no knowledge of whether you are or aren’t the property owner not sure if this information will be released. The township doesn’t maintain surveys.
