Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all incident reports, investigation reports, supplemental reports, and other relevant records regarding the city government's response and investigation of the crane collapse at 78 Easton Avenue on July 21, 2019.
Please identify any state agencies that participated, or conducted their own investigations.
