Good afternoon,

We have reviewed the information presented by our various departments. The information you have requested resulted in 27 pages, of which 12 pages will contain redactions (personal identifying information / phone numbers N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.)

This redaction will cost $0.60. We will require full payment prior to preparing this request.

Payment should be made payable to the Township of Middle. Due to limited capacity in Town Hall payment should be forwarded to the address below via USPS or placed in the drop box located on the front of Town Hall prior to release of records. We ask that when making payment you provide exact payment as we will not have the mechanism to provide change.

Once payment is received we will forward the documents to you via email at the email address provided on your request.
