I have reviewed the construction files and there are outstanding permits shown for this property. Attached please find a list of permits issued to the property for your review.
Open Permit # 20030310 – install oil tank
20030196 – remove oil tank
20100371 – Hot water heater
The file will be available for your review should you desire to do so.
I will be checking with our Health Dept for a copy of the NFA on tank as I do not have it. This is required to close out permit 20030196
