We are in receipt of your Open Public Records Act request regarding 639
Radnor Avenue.

Attached you will find the permit information for this property.  Please
note that our records do not go back to 1952 as requested, but the print
out attached shows permits for 1997.  Additionally, there was nothing in
the provided information referencing an oil tank.  For any soil testing
data you would need to talk to either the State or County, as that is not
something done through the municipality.
