This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: property located at 639 Radnor, Block # 10 04, Lot 11
Copies of any open and closed construction permits including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, additions, siding, roofing, etc as far back on record (in local office) from 1952 to present day (2/7/24)
Additionally, Any reports regarding removal of oil tank or soil testing

We are in receipt of your Open Public Records Act request regarding 639
Radnor Avenue.
Attached you will find the permit information for this property. Please
note that our records do not go back to 1952 as requested, but the print
out attached shows permits for 1997. Additionally, there was nothing in
the provided information referencing an oil tank. For any soil testing
data you would need to talk to either the State or County, as that is not
something done through the municipality.
