Good afternoon,
Yet again, the BOE has violated their own policy, as well as the Sunshine Law by not posting their agenda 48 hours prior to the meeting. As I write this email, the agenda for this evening is STILL not posted. So much for transparency and honesty--
I have never more disappointed in Manchester Township School District. The interim county superintendent has been included on this email in hopes that she can foster a change for this district. Take pride in the role you have been elected. Shame on the "new" leadership in the district. Your new motto should be "Excellence by Incompetence". Your behavior is not only unethical and improper, but appalling.
While the agenda will be quite predictable with new hires... are you the least bit concerned by the mass exodus of staff? I share the concerns of many who have no confidence in the current leadership and board of education. Your own teachers and staff feel failed by Mrs. Pedroza and her antiquated approach and procedures. The district appears to be moving backwards.

Dear Mr. Lorentzen,
Why is Jill Moore's contract not attached to the agenda for the public to view? What is actually being approved this evening? She has a stand-alone contract, which should be visible to the public. We have the right to know what she is being paid in her position, as well as the terms and conditions of her contract.
When this occurred with Mrs. Raimondo, you told me that changes were being made due to insurance changes. Therefore, now that you are aware of the insurance changes, Ms. Moore's entire contract should be available for the public to see. Please attach a copy of her contract or attach it to my previous OPRA request.
