Ladies:
Please find attached three permit cards which reflect all permits of
record, all of which have been closed satisfactorily. There are no open
permits and as the requestor can see from the permit cards, there was a
2000 permit for abandonment of a 290 gallon underground storage tank and
this was satisfactorily closed out in 2006.
