Good Afternoon,

The Township is in receipt of your Open Public Records Act ("OPRA")
request dated [1]03 25, 2020.
As you may know, the Township has suspended operations due to COVID-19
concerns for a period of 14 days beginning [2]03 16 2020. Accordingly,
Township personnel are not able to access or review the documents
potentially responsive to your request, which may require redactions in
accordance with OPRA.

Given the circumstances, the Township hereby requests an extension of time
in order to review and respond to your OPRA request. As the Township
anticipates resuming operations on or about [3]3/31/2020, the Township
shall provide a response within seven (7) business days of that date. See
N.J.S.A 47:1A-5(i). The Township will respond in a shorter if able, but
reserves the right to amend this response and request an additional
extension of time as circumstances dictate.
