of the final as-built survey provided by the builder. The final grading
has not been completed at this home due to the impending installation of
the inground pool. A final grading plan will be submitted after the pool
is installed and final grading is done as per the zoning approval as well
as compliance with the County Soil District’s Plan. Beachwood does not
have an ordinance that requires that a final grading plan to be approved
in order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy.
