As part of this process, we are submitting this request for information specific to the property. Please provide us with the following information concerning the property:
1) How far back are records maintained by the Building and Fire Departments?
2) Please provide any records of underground or aboveground storage tanks
3) Please provide any records of spills or releases of petroleum products and/or hazardous materials.
4) Please provide the current zoning designation (ie “R – Residential”) for the property.
5) Please provide the date of last Fire Department inspection.
6) Please provide any OUTSTANDING Fire code violations.
7) Please provide the date of last Building Department inspection.
8) Please provide any OUTSTANDING Building code violations.
9) If available, please provide Is a copy of the original C of O or original Building Permit available?
