53 Wanamassa Point Rd (Block 113, Lot 36) Records Request
Dear Ocean Township (Monmouth),
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

I am seeking all relevant records relating to 53 Wanamassa Point Rd which should include but is not limited to:
1. Open/closed permits
2. Tax payments and penalties
3. Code violations
4. Water Shut Off / Utility Liens
5. Any other notices the township may have on file

I apologize sir, I did not receive your initial request. I have searched
my emails and my listing of 2025 Open Public Records request and I do not
see your request. I will be happy to get to work on this right away. You
are looking for the following:
Open/Closed permits, tax payments and penalties, code violations, water
shut off/utility liens/ and any other notices the township may have on
file?
I will work on this today and send you any responsive documents the
Township may have.

In response to your Open Public Record Request for information pertaining
to 53 Wanamassa Point Road I have attached the following:
• The listing of permits taken out over the years on this property
address. As you can see from the listing all permits are showing
closed in our system at this time.
• Here is the link to the property tax data as found on our website for

• I have attached code complaints that have been remedied over the
years. And the three most recent Complaint Forms.
• The water/utilities are not through the municipality. The Township
does not have any responsive documents to this request.
• I’ve attached the Certificate of Approval for the UST removal from
2017 as well, for your information.
Please let me know if you require anything additionally. If not this
request will be deemed complete and closed. Thank you for following up,
and again, I apologize that your initial request was never received.
