Open construction permits- the Borough's construction department is through the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs who maintain the records. Please contact them at 609-567-3653, Bill Laute handles their OPRA requests.

- Any information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports - This also would be handled via the State the Borough has no information on any UST.

- Survey showing underground oil tank location (if applicable) - No record responsive to your request.

- Information regarding the presence of a septic system (permits, drawings, survey, etc) - Septic systems are permitted by the County. Please contact the CMC Health Department.
