1. Copies of any and all open permits on file with the town, open or closed.
2. Copies of any Planning Board resolutions, applications or approvals, and/or any variances applications pending, granted or denied affecting the property.
3. Documentation regarding underground oil tanks or other USTs
4. Records of any onsite storage or spill of hazardous materials, or inspections for environmental issues, water wells, sanitary disposal systems and underground oil tanks.
5. Records of any applications or plans for development within 200 feet of the property.
6. Confirmation from zoning department that this property is a legal one family dwelling
7. Records of any deed restrictions, easements, encroachments or other agreements on file with the town which affect the property.
8. Confirmation that this property is not in a flood zone, Highlands, or Wetlands Protected Area.
9. Records of any municipal assessments affecting this property- Confirmation the property is assessed for any recent improvements
10. Provide the property tax card and confirm the current tax amount.
11. Confirm the property is not subject to Air Safety and Zoning- current ordinances passed by the municipality pursuant to the NJ Air Safety and Zoning Act.
12. Provide records of any and all Board of Health violations
13. Provide records of any and all zoning violations
14. Provide records of any and all code enforcement violations.
15. Provide all Board of Health records regarding the septic system
16. Provide all records regarding potability of the well water

At this time there are three (3) open permits. Please contact the Construction office at 908-832-5552 to schedule final inspections.
At this time there are no violations.
Please reach out to the Hunterdon County Clerk’s office for any deeds or easements, as that information is filed with the county, and the township may or may not have all the information.
Please reach out to the Hunterdon County Department of Public Health regarding any information regarding septic or well information as that information is filed with the county, and the township may or may not have all the information.
There are no ordinances regarding New Jersey Air Safety and Zoning Act.
