In response to your request regarding 446 Saint Mary Street, there are no open construction permits; information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports; survey showing underground oil tank location; information regarding the presence of a septic system (permits, drawings, survey, etc).

This property was gas back in 1989. There are no open permits and just have a gas furnace replacement from 2007.
