Property Record Cards in electronic format such as PDF files.
It's very important that we receive the most current, complete set of
documents available.
Your tax vendor such as BRT, Vital, or MicroSystems - have the most
current set available in the format requested and they can assist you with
this request.
Regarding Daniels Law:
All names can be redacted from these documents to comply with Daniels Law.
Each vendor has the ability to mass redact all names from these files
before generating them.
Per OPRA Guidelines an email is sufficient for such request and there's no
need to fill out a standard OPRA form.
