Mr. Vinch:

Thank you for your telephone call yesterday.  It helped identify
processing issues with your request.

First, submittals using the OPRA Machine application results in manual
awareness for my staff as their lengthy email address does not fit in our
current OPRATS Tracking System Requester email field.  A Record Custodian
has to remember to manually email you the Government Records Request Form
response once issued, versus the 99.9% of requests were the response is
automatically emailed to the Requester.  I apologize, as the assigned
Record Custodian did not remember to manually email the NJDEP’s response.
I have attached the original response.

However it was fortuitous, as the original searched did not identify any
records from the Site Remediation & Waste Management Program.  I
reinvestigated and identified the responsive records.  They responsive
records are attached hereto; as well as a revised NJDEP response.
