East Windsor Township received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on March 9, 2022. Your request requires additional time beyond
the seven (7) business days to fulfill due to the size of the file and
the information being requested. OPRA allows custodians to seek
extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA
states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the
record can be made available. If the record is not made available by
that time, access shall be deemed denied.”
Your request requires an extension of time until March 25, 2022, which
is an additional seven (7) business days to gather the information form
the files.

As per your OPRA request, please see the requested information:
Per the Construction Department:
"No open permits.
377 Irvington Place Permit History:
20200796 - new roof
20170158 - new water heater
20151327 - new furnace and a/c
20011253 - new siding
1993374 - new water heater
1990343 - reroof
1970 - townhouse built
No violations in building or zoning dept. No evidence of a UST."
The Health Department does not have any information pertaining to your
request.
