Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) Comprehensive archival documentation of all dispatched law enforcement units and corroborating operational logs pertaining to official notifications, service calls, or interventions directed to the geospatial coordinates designated as 33 Pettee Avenue, North Haledon, Passaic County, New Jersey, encompassing all dated entries up to the present chronological point.
2) Detailed enumeration and categorization of the specific exigencies, incidents, or circumstances precipitating law enforcement response at the aforementioned address, including but not limited to threat assessments, reported disturbances, violations of statutes, or emergency situations, with explicit reference to initiating factors necessitating official intervention.
3) Precise account of subsequent procedural and tactical outcomes resulting from police deployment, including resolution status, remedial actions undertaken, disposition of involved parties, and any escalation or de-escalation measures enacted during or following the response.
4) Complete collection of all law enforcement incident reports, formal investigative summaries, and ancillary documentation or affidavits generated in relation to events at the specified address, systematically cataloged with respective report identifiers, timestamps, and involved officer designations.
5) Full operational record of badge worn credentials (BwC), including identification number, rank, assignment details, and shift logs pertinent to the officers dispatched or on duty during responses to the address in question, along with any auxiliary personnel records or supplementary documentation reflecting their official roles.
6) All police reports, BWC video recordings, incident documentation, and investigative records associated with any and all law enforcement interactions, citations, or proceedings involving individual named Alex Guzman, specifically those linked to or conducted at the location of 33 Pettee Avenue, North Haledon, New Jersey, including records of arrests, interviews, affidavits, and follow-up actions.
