Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

All open, closed, approved, denied, withdrawn, pending, or submitted building permits, construction permits, demolition permits, electrical permits, plumbing permits, fire permits, zoning permits, and certificates of occupancy or approval.
All applications, approvals, denials, resolutions, correspondence, reports, plans, surveys, engineering documents, and records relating to:
Subdivision applications;
Minor or major subdivisions;
Lot line adjustments;
Site plan applications;
Variance applications;
Use variances;
Bulk variances;
Development applications;
Redevelopment proposals; and
Any other land use or zoning matters concerning the property.
Any records identifying the property's current zoning designation, permitted uses, density requirements, lot area requirements, frontage requirements, setback requirements, and any other applicable development standards.
Any records indicating whether the property may be subdivided, developed, or improved under current zoning regulations, including any zoning determinations, interpretations, opinions, or correspondence from zoning, planning, engineering, construction, or administrative officials.
Any records concerning wetlands, flood hazard areas, conservation restrictions, easements, deed restrictions, environmental constraints, utility limitations, right-of-way issues, or other development restrictions affecting the property.
Any records of code violations, property maintenance violations, notices of violation, enforcement actions, stop-work orders, or municipal complaints concerning the property.
Any tax assessor property record cards, property record files, surveys, site plans, plot plans, and building information maintained by the Borough.
Any Planning Board, Zoning Board, Borough Council, or other municipal meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, memorializations, or transcripts referencing the property.
Any correspondence between the property owner or their representatives and the Borough regarding development, subdivision, construction, zoning, land use approvals, or potential future use of the property.
Any records indicating whether public water, sewer, roadway access, or other municipal infrastructure is available to support additional development on the property.
If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial and release all reasonably segregable portions of responsive records.

Department of Public Safety/Division of Inspections/-The construction
office has provided all information regarding 321 Manalapan Road to the
Clerk's office. Please be advised that there are two closed permits; no
other information or records are available from this office at this

David Jasko Tax Assessor-Attached a copy of an old property record card
along with the current property record card for 321 Manalapan Road along
with reference to one utility easement which was on file.
