This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Evidence of any oil tank or removal of one.
2. Is Apartment above garage legal? If so, is it allowed to be rented annually, seasonally or no restriction?
3. Separate 2nd floor apartment is that legal? I don't think it is but just to be sure.
4. Updated tax card
5. Open and closed permits

into this portal and you will receive an email confirmation. From there
you can finish creating your account so you can access your request. Your
request will be answered through this portal. In the future please submit
