4- Any pending or finalize assessment for the property

5- Tax assessors reports or memos regarding the property

6- Any deed, easement or other restriction of record for the property

7- Inspections for environmental issues, water wells, sanitary disposal systems and underground fuel tanks for the property.

8- Any document indicating if the property is in a flood zone

Please see the attached response that have been located related to your request filed under the auspices of the NJ Open Public Records Act (OPRA), NJSA 47:1-A-1 et seq in the Borough of Little Silver files/records. Please note, there are no code violations for this property and items within your request are outside the purview of the Borough ie. deed's/flood zone designation. Please note, there are redactions in the PDF with the last 4 digits of 4968 that have been redacted because they contain the personal telephone numbers of the current/previous residents of the property location
