You need to give specific years for these documents. What years for these open bills and liens and permits. What type of permits are you requesting? Just permits is too vague and broad.

Dear Donnelly Amico - Municipal Clerk,

We are managing this property for the seller, who obtained the property through foreclosure. I am looking for any and all open permits, including plumbing building electrical mechanical etc., so that we may have them closed out prior to selling the property. Any open tax/utility liens on the property. Any open water/sewer bills that need to be paid. Just want to have all available information so that we can clear up any outstanding issues that the prior owner did not address.
