Dear Donnelly Amico - Municipal Clerk,

We are managing this property for the seller, who obtained the property through foreclosure. I am looking for any and all open permits, including plumbing building electrical mechanical etc., so that we may have them closed out prior to selling the property. Any open tax/utility liens on the property. Any open water/sewer bills that need to be paid. Just want to have all available information so that we can clear up any outstanding issues that the prior owner did not address.
