Hi Jared,
You will need to log in using the email address that was used to submit the request in order to view it at this time. If you are unsure of

Can you please let me know what email address you are using to sign in to the application? You will need to sign in using this email address
( [1][OPRA #18689 email] ) in order to view the request, as this is the account's email that the request was
created with.
