I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated October 25, 2021.  Your request
does not constitute a valid OPRA request, and is denied.  A valid
OPRA request must identify the specific government records sought.  See
Burke v. Brandes, 429 N.J. Super. 169, 175  (App Div. 2012).  Your OPRA
request states: "Records requested: 21 James St."  You have failed to name
what specific "records" you are seeking.
