Dear Trenton City,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

1) current 2025 public meeting schedule for the governing body
2) current 2025 public meeting schedule for each board, commission, and committee within your government

Dear Trenton City,
I submitted an OPRA request on January 3, 2025 seeking to obtain your public meeting schedules for 2025. No response has been received and your office is also delinquent with respect to several requests I filed more than 3 months ago. I have yet to receive an acknowledgement to my 1/3/25 request for meeting schedules. As you could imagine, timeliness matters with respect to these records. I'm trying to learn when the scheduled meetings are and this office's failure to respond timely is hindering my ability to obtain public records. Please confirm receipt of this message and send all schedules in your possession to me as attachments to an email.
I've also requested multiple times that you call me to discuss the other outstanding requests pending. I can be reached at 732-993-9697. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I've requested the meeting schedules for the City Council and other city
entities more than 3 weeks ago, but received no response from your

Based on the information on [8]this webpage, I tried to attend last
night's scheduled meeting on zoom. Apparently the meeting was cancelled.
You need to update the website with an accurate schedule and respond to my
OPRA request. I also have several other requests that your office has not
fulfilled, some dating back to October.

Dear Trenton City,
More than a month ago, I requested the schedules for all city government public meetings this year. Thus far, I've only received schedules for the City Council and the Zoning Board. Please advise which other boards exist, such as the Ethics Board, Planning Board, Library Board, Landmarks Commission, CCRC, Rent Stabilization Board, etc. I need the schedules for them all.
